The first upgrade for the VP44 that you can bolt on yourself!
Benefits include:

•Loads more bottom end fueling and more top end power. Consider it like stepping up an injector size (+50hp, so 100hp injectors are like 150hp injectors, even more with the HAZARDOUS variant)

•Enlarged outlet hole to .093 to match aftermarket injection lines

•Stainless steel construction is virtually indestructible

•”HAZARDOUS” FULL CUT VARIANT: even more fuel over the standard DV, picked up 3-5psi of boost over the standard, 8-10psi of boost over the baseline in my testing. These have a choppier idle and fuel harder. Functionally fine for the street. The cost is higher as I have to machine these, you can do it yourself with the standard variant and a lathe.

•No proprietary one-off parts, uses “off the shelf” VE injection pump springs and modified delivery valves, the same components that have been reliably ran in OEM applications for an accumulated billions of miles.

•Fully reversible! Place your original delivery valves holders into the supplied box and should you dislike the DV you can revert the pump back to them

•Installs easily in 1-2 hours, no specialty tools needed! Just a 17mm socket, 3/4” wrench, and 8mm/10mm/13mm sockets.

•With how they’re designed it allows for some variation in how much fuel they output. Currently they’re offered with a very streetable form and the HAZARDOUS competition variant. I’ll experiment with different variants in the future.

•No more “vapor lock” with large injectors (tested with 6x.018s and DDP150s)

   Ive spent a great deal of time looking at the VP44 injection pumps, disassembling them to their basic parts, reading the original documentation, trying to find something… ANYTHING that can be improved upon!

I had a breakthrough when it came to the delivery valves, the original design had a small hole in the center of them, this hole allowed fuel to drain back post-injection, bleeding off injection line pressure into the return passage of the pump rotor. The fuel also has to do a nearly 180* turn around the delivery valve out of the holder, it wasn’t nearly optimal for flow. With my new design you’ll be able to utilize the entirety of the injection event from the pump.

Lifetime Warranty on the springs and delivery valves, no warranty for the holders galling in the pump body. If you follow instructions, you should have no trouble.

my current test rig is a 2001 Ram 2500, Chinese HX40 (60/64/18cm), DDP 150hp injectors, and a smarty touch. I did 547hp with my prototype DV, and with my production HAZARDOUS DV I’ve made an additional 7-8psi more boost over that. 

in the linked video (HHK Billet Enhanced VP44 Delivery Valves – Full Install + Real World Testing (& extra VP44 info) I provide testing on the same truck but on the stock ECU tune, under 30% throttle/70%, and 100%, showing smoke output and engine load + boost.

Stock DV boost at 100% throttle: 32psi

Standard HHK DV Boost at 100% throttle: 36psi

HAZARDOUS HHK DV boost at 100% throttle: 40psi!

With my custom Smarty UDC tuning:

Stock DV: 40psi

Standard HHK DV: 44-46psi

HAZARDOUS HHK DV: 48-49psi
